“Shermine's coaching was a constant reminder that choosing restrictive thoughts will not give me the results I desire”

What made you decide to join the programme?

A friend told me about it and sent me the invitation link to Shermine's introductory workshop, and I was immediately hooked. I've always enjoyed reflecting on myself, as I know it's important for both personal and professional development. What fascinated me most was how positive and inspiring the approach felt. It was by no means patronising or prescriptive.

I already had a dream in mind, and the idea of fully immersing myself in it felt brilliant. I believe you should always stay open to new things and remain curious, because you can only benefit from that. At worst, everything simply stays the same.

How would you describe this programme to a friend?

It's not about thoroughly analysing your past or present self to identify the causes of your current situation. Dream Builder Program (DBP) is about sharpening your awareness and perception of everything you do, say and think, and above all of your subconscious.

It shows you, concretely, how your thought patterns and subconscious influence your actions, decisions and ultimately your results. It highlights that we have control over far more than we think, and that it is never too late for a fresh start. DBP is about the journey from A (the status quo) to B (your goal or dream), taking that journey in small but conscious steps. It also gives you real strategies for overcoming setbacks and periods of stagnation.

Can you share a moment when the programme felt like it was really working?

My sister, with whom I've always had a very good relationship, had suddenly begun to see me as an enemy and as the cause of all the problems in our family and her own life. I had asked her several times to talk but never got a response.

I then applied the principle of forgiveness. Forgiveness for her anger and frustration, understanding that she didn't know how else to deal with those feelings, and interpreting it more as a cry for help. I began approaching her consciously and consistently with compassion, understanding, love and humour, and offered her both emotional and practical support.

This Christmas, for the first time in years, we came together as a family in a truly harmonious and beautiful way. In the end, personal relationships, especially with family, are worth more than anything else in life.

What impact has the programme had on your life?

My dream revolves around self-realisation, both personally and professionally. My move into self-employment has reawakened my entrepreneurial spirit, and I see this as a real step towards that dream, even if there is still a long road ahead. Having a grand dream gives my life meaning, purpose and direction. It keeps me optimistic, confident and calm, and helps me make self-determined decisions, even amid the uncertainties we face in the world today.

Shermine's coaching was a constant reminder that choosing restrictive thoughts will not give me the results I desire. Her weekly presence was a source of invaluable motivation. She was always there to listen, to guide and to encourage me to keep my focus on the vision, not on the circumstances that so easily dampen our dreams.

I loved the programme and I look forward to going even deeper in the next one. That, for me, is the best way to stay on track towards what I truly want.
